Terms of Service.

These terms apply to holiday pickup and delivery orders placed through this website. Unique Taste Catering is the seller and handles order fulfillment and customer support. Full-service events require a separate quote and agreement.
Ordering and payment
Review your dishes, pan sizes, quantities, holiday, contact information, and fulfillment appointment before paying. Your order is confirmed when PayPal verifies completed payment and the website displays your order confirmation. An item in your cart, an order draft, or an approved but incomplete payment does not reserve an order. Keep your order number and confirmation.
Menu prices are in U.S. dollars. The checkout separately shows the food subtotal, the $75 delivery fee when selected, sales tax, and the final amount before you authorize payment. Full-pan and half-pan prices are listed individually. Pan size does not guarantee a particular number of servings. If a pricing or availability error prevents fulfillment, we will contact you before making changes and offer a refund for what we cannot provide.
PayPal processes payments under its own terms and privacy notice. This website does not collect or store your card or bank account numbers. We will never ask you to text or email your card numbers, bank information, passwords, or verification codes.
Order deadlines and cancellations
Thanksgiving: Orders and refundable cancellations close November 20, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern time.
Christmas: Orders and refundable cancellations close December 18, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern time.
Full payment is required when ordering. To cancel before the applicable deadline, text 937-654-8843 or email uniquetastecateringco@gmail.com with your order number and the name on your order. Keep a copy of your timestamped request. After the applicable deadline, customer-requested cancellations are final and nonrefundable, subject to rights required by law and the protections below.
If Unique Taste Catering cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you and provide a full refund, including associated charges for that unfulfilled order. If we cannot meet the agreed date or need to make a material change, we will contact you for your agreement; you may decline the change and receive a refund for the unfulfilled order. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Processing and posting times depend on the payment provider and your financial institution.
This cancellation policy does not remove rights concerning an incorrect, unsafe, misrepresented, or undelivered order, or rights available under applicable law or your payment provider’s rules.
Pickup and delivery
Pickup is in Dayton, Ohio. For privacy, the exact pickup address is shown only on the paid pickup confirmation and receipt. Choose your appointment before payment. If you are running late or need a change, contact us promptly; changes require our confirmation.
Thanksgiving delivery appointments are November 25 from 3–5 p.m. and November 26 from 2–4 p.m., every 30 minutes. Pickup appointments are every 15 minutes. Only dates and times shown as available at checkout may be booked. Christmas delivery is unavailable until a schedule is posted.
Delivery is $75 per order within a 15-mile straight-line radius of our Dayton Main Office. Your address is checked before delivery checkout. Enter a complete, accurate address, apartment or suite, and access instructions. An address-check failure means the website cannot confirm eligibility; contact us or choose pickup. The selected delivery time is our planned arrival time. If traffic, weather, or another issue materially changes fulfillment, we will contact you to arrange an acceptable resolution.
Allergies and food handling
Menu items may contain common allergens, including dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, fish, shellfish, nuts, peanuts, and sesame. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free kitchen. Contact us before ordering about allergies or dietary needs; entering a note alone does not confirm that we can accommodate a request. You are responsible for safe storage and handling after pickup or delivery. Refrigerate perishable food promptly.
Questions, mistakes, or concerns
Text 937-654-8843 with your order number, the name on your order, and details of your concern. You can also email uniquetastecateringco@gmail.com. Contact us promptly so we can investigate. Photos may help explain a quality or order issue. Contacting us does not require you to give up any legal or payment-provider rights.
Confirmations and optional texts
The website provides an on-screen confirmation after completed payment. When the email sending service is connected, it also attempts an automatic transactional confirmation to the address you supplied. Delivery can be affected by an incorrect address, spam filtering, or provider issues; keep your on-screen receipt and contact us if an expected email does not arrive. Order confirmations are service messages, not marketing subscriptions.
Automated text alerts are not active at present. Optional order-text consent is separate from your purchase and does not enroll you in promotional messages. You may text the business directly for support. See our Privacy Notice for how order information is used.
Use of the website and your rights
Use this website to place legitimate orders. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with payments, access someone else’s order information, or submit abusive or fraudulent requests. Keep private receipt links confidential. No website can guarantee that every security threat will be prevented.
Ohio law applies to these terms, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot legally be waived. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. The version accepted when you place your order applies to that order; later website changes do not retroactively change it.
